Chris Carroll VK1GG/2 jams DX Station V31GB on 7163 at 19:16hrs on 25 March 2011.
Mr Carroll was caught jamming the above frequency, while VK's were making DX contacts with V31GB on the V31MM Dxpedition.
His deliberate jamming was recorded and tracked to his home in Michelago New South Wales.
His deliberate interference has been under the watchful eye of the ACMA now for sometime.
This information will also be passed on to his employer the Australian Royal Navy Canberra Branch.
Don't let the uniform fool you as in the news of late the Navy was caught bringing Drugs into Australia.
People in high places use a uniform to hide, we have people from high places in goal just like the regular crim. Even Judges have been known to spend time behind bars.
